• Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright.
• Artwork may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without written permission.
• Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

3. Artwork & Limited Editions Certain works may be offered as:

• Open editions
• Limited editions
• Signed editions

If listed as a limited edition, the edition size will be stated on the product page. Once sold out, no additional prints of that edition will be produced in that size and format. We reserve the right to:

• Adjust pricing over time
• Discontinue works
• Modify available sizes or materials

4. Orders & Payment All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment must be received before production begins. Orders are considered final once placed. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

• Pricing errors
• Fraud suspicion
• Product unavailability

5. Production & Fulfillment Production typically requires:

• 5–14 business days before shipping
• Timeframes may vary depending on size and material.

6. Shipping Shipping times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Carriers
• Customs
• Weather
• Global supply disruptions
• Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery.

7. Returns & Damage Because artwork is produced on demand, all sales are final. However: If your artwork arrives damaged:

• Notify us within 5 days of delivery
• Provide clear photos of damage and packaging
• We will arrange replacement when appropriate.

8. Workshops, Teaching & Content Educational / experiential offerings (courses, workshops, speaking events) may be subject to separate agreements or refund policies. Educational content reflects artistic perspective and philosophy. It does not constitute professional, financial, or psychological advice.
